T-MobileYou can now get mobile broadband and a mobile laptop all for £30 a month with the three.co.uk/metrousb offer. If you've already got a laptop all is not lost, you can get the dongle on its own for just £10 a month, giving you 1GB of download allowance every month.

The £30 laptop offer includes the HP550 Notebook laptop and a free usb modem worth £378.88, a 5GB monthly broadband allowance, and 150 online texts a month which you can send from your laptop.

The dongle only deal starts at £10 a month for the 1GB allowance, but you can upgrade and go for £15 a month offer and get 5GB a month allowance, which seems to be much better value for money than the £10 deal.

The three mobile broadband plans differ from the other providers in that they do not have a 'fair usage' policy or unlimited browsing. If you go over your monthly 1GB or 5GB allowance, you'll have to pay 10p for each MB you use over your allowance.

How does it work?

Buy online at three.co.uk/metrousb, and you'll get your USB modem delivered, plug it in and away you go. All very simple. If you've gone for the laptop option, it will be delivered from Westcoast Ltd, and you may have to hand it back if you do not abide by the terms and conditions applied by Three.

You can use your mobile broadband allowance in countries where there is a 3 network
